New York Outpatient Rehab

New York outpatient rehab is available through ACI Rehab. Outpatient rehab and detox at ACI Rehab is offered to individuals experiencing mild to moderate withdrawal from alcohol, opiates (including Vicodin, Oxycontin, Percocet and Heroin), and benzodiazepines (Xanax, Klonopin, Atavan, Valium). The detoxification process in outpatient rehab allows patients to safely and comfortably detox while living at home with limited interruptions to their daily routine.

Patients with opiate addictions are often treated in the outpatient rehab program using suboxone medication. To qualify, patients must undergo a screening process and talk with on-site physicians to determine eligibility. The outpatient rehab program is a medically-supervised chemical dependency program with ancillary withdrawal services licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services.

Our outpatient rehab treatment program is suited for patients who need the flexibility to continue working and spending time with loved ones. The New York outpatient rehab program is fit for individuals with an independent spirit in the early stages of addiction. At ACI Rehab, we strive to ensure that the New York outpatient rehab program is a therapeutic environment where patients can heal and work toward physical, emotional, and spiritual recovery.  We also find that by gaining sobriety in their home New York environment, patients are grounded with new behaviors established on their “home turf.” Those who receive treatment outside New York can struggle to readapt to the NYC environment.

In the outpatient rehab program in ACI’s New York location, patients will receive daily counseling services. Weekly sessions with family member participation is encouraged for families to learn to support their loved one through the withdrawal phase and beyond. The counseling sessions offered in outpatient rehab range from individual to group, family to couple, psychiatry to addiction medicine services. In the outpatient rehab program at ACI Rehab in New York, physicians focus on evidence-based and trauma informed sessions.

New York outpatient rehab patients at ACI Rehab should bring their insurance card, a photo identification, and referral paperwork to the first appointment. The New York outpatient rehab facility, located at 255 West 36th Street (8th floor) is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.

“I firmly believe that ACI is why my son is still alive, back with our family, and back to school. As a mother my primary concern was that my son would receive compassionate care and the attention he needed to focus on his recovery. We have been through this before and I was losing hope, so was my son. It is a very lonely and dark place to be. All ACI staff, doctors, nurses, and counselors were always available when I had questions. We were able to visit and we had a family therapy session where I learned that I had to take care of myself too, without feelings of guilt. We also learned how to set limits and boundaries. At last, freedom, from the emotional pain of being part of an addicted family. My son learned the skills he needs to sustain his sobriety. He learned about the importance of maintaining sober friends and activities. He learned how to say no and change the things in his life that kept holding him back from happiness, health, and success. Thank you ACI I have my son back!”
